How to translate several words in design?

In the design specification of a chemical plant, department, sector, block, area, and plant element appear. What should be the appropriate translation of these words?
The translation must be combined with the full text to be appropriate, but generally it is as follows: department,sector,block,area,plant elemet device element

I agree with the second floor's point of view. Translation must be combined with the original text, otherwise it cannot be accurate and appropriate.
