How to conduct dynamic tests and make records for probes, as well as verify and record their monitors? Thank you in advance. This post was last edited by Bincheng Watcher on 2008-7-18 at 18:19.]
Steps to verify the static characteristics of compressor vibration and displacement probes using TK3? (In the calibration laboratory) A. Calibrating BENTLY probes requires a TK3 calibrator, a 4 1/2-digit multimeter, a resistance box that can provide 10KΩ resistances, a 24VDC power supply, a preamplifier, extension cables, and the BENTLY probes must be connected as specified in the diagram ; B. Fix the probe to TK3, with the initial position set at zero ; C. Power supply: 24VDC. Adjust the micrometer on TK3 to increase the gap in increments of 0.25mm, and record the corresponding voltage values until there is no significant change in the voltage ; D. Adjust the micrometer on TK3 to reduce the gap in increments of 0.25 mm, and record the corresponding voltage values until there is no significant change in the voltage ; E. Generate a static characteristic curve to check whether the incremental scale factor during probe calibration meets the value of 7.87±0.79 V/mm, and whether the system’s average scale factor meets 7.87±0.43 V/mm; if both conditions are satisfied, the probe has good static characteristics.
Thank you very much. What I would like to ask about is the step regarding the dynamic characteristics of the probe; but still, thank you
