If the process is advanced, it is entirely possible to do without nitrogen regeneration; the process equipment you mentioned might be a bit outdated, so only by examining the specific equipment can it be determined how much nitrogen is needed
During regeneration, reduce the pressure first; if the pressure is high, flush with product gas once it reaches atmospheric pressure. If the pressure is low, evacuate first and then flush with product gas! The advantage is that no nitrogen is needed, but the yield of the product gas is slightly lower!
The conditions are too vague to answer properly; It is generally believed that a regeneration time of 40 seconds is sufficient!
The adsorption time for purifying hydrogen using PSA is generally 240 s. As for the regeneration time, it depends on how many towers you have gone through.
