Dear heroes: Is there domestic manufacturing capacity of 4,000 cubic meters of liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tanks? Are spherical plates made in China? Please enlighten me.
Dalian Jinding Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd. developed my country's first natural gas spherical tank with a reserve of 10,000 cubic meters on November 19, and successfully pre-assembled it in Jinzhou. The spherical tank has filled a gap in the production of 10,000 cubic meters natural gas spherical tanks in my country and will be shipped to Chongqing Gas Group on November 23. At present, my country's only 12 large natural gas spherical tanks with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters are all imported from Japan and France. The 10,000 cubic meter natural gas spherical tank designed and produced by Dalian Jinding Petrochemical Machinery Co., Ltd. has all technical indicators that meet and exceed international standards. Each unit costs 17 million yuan, which is only 1/3 of the imported tank.
LPG should be available in 4,000 cubic meters, 5,000 cubic meters, and 10,000 cubic meters, but ethylene and propylene balls are available in 2,000 cubic meters and 4,000 cubic meters, at least not much. It depends on what you are pretending to be? The board material also depends on the material requirements of your material. It may be mainly a temperature issue.
Lanzhou Petrochemical has 2 liquefied balloon tanks
Many petrochemical system design institutes have this level. 4000 cubic meters is not too big.
Hefei General Machinery Research Institute has the design capability for large-scale liquid hydrocarbons. The largest design can be 1,000 standard cubic meters. The domestic Wuyang Iron and Steel Plant can produce such plates.
10,000 standard cubic meters, I typed it wrong just now.
