How much does it cost to install a new 50,000-ton hydrogenation unit?

Today my boss suddenly asked me this question. I have done hydrogenation before. In 2004, my previous unit installed a 200,000-ton device, and the investment was about 30 million. I don't know if I want to build such a small device in my current unit. Someone who is familiar with the current market of hydrogenation devices can help me calculate how much it will cost. Thanks!
