I am currently designing a heat exchanger, with stainless steel corrugated tubes being used as the heat exchange elements. I have the following questions: 1. Under what circumstances are corrugated tubes used for heat exchange elements? 2. What should be taken into consideration during design? 3. I would like to obtain samples of stainless steel bellows to learn about their specifications. In particular, what is the wall thickness of a stainless steel bellows with an outer diameter of 25?

The temperature should not exceed 250 degrees, and the pressure should not exceed 2.5 MPa. 2. Common specifications for bellows include outer diameters of 25, 32, and 42. 3. The wall thickness of bellows is generally between 0.6 and 0.8 MM. 4. A conservative approach must be adopted in the design of the tube sheets for bellows heat exchangers; for those with larger diameters, the thickness can be increased by 15–20 mm. 5. When the pressure on the shell side is high, measures must be taken to prevent the bellows from becoming unstable during pressure testing. 6. Baffles or support plates should be made thicker as appropriate, depending on the circumstances
