75T CFB furnace, economizer water supply - steam drum - downcomer - water wall - riser - steam drum - superheater (lower - higher) - steam turbine. Basically the above process.
For a 75t/h boiler, the desalinated and deoxygenated boiler water ------ is pressurized by the boiler feed water pump ------ controlled by the water supply regulating valve ------ enters the economizer ------ steam drum ------ downcomer ------ lower header ------ water wall (rising tube) ------ steam drum ------ superheater (low temperature section, high temperature section) ----- through the main steam valve ------ steam turbine
For a 75t CFB boiler, after the superheated steam comes out of the steam drum and passes through the ceiling pipe, part of it passes through the separator.
What I said upstairs is that it depends on the specific structure of the boiler and what kind of separator it is. Some are water-cooled separation, some are steam-cooled, there is also a ceiling, and there may be walls on the upper part of the vertical flue, etc.
