About indicators

I just heard today, what are the first type of indicators and the second type of indicators? Can you tell me what the difference between these two is? Can you give me one or two examples? Thank you.
This should be a distinction between the importance of process indicators. Our factory uses Class A and Class B indicators. Category A indicators have a significant impact on the system, and most of them involve production safety, product quality, etc. Category B indicators have a smaller impact than category A indicators.
