Solid Phase Extraction Solid phase extraction (SPE) is a widely used and increasingly popular sample pretreatment technology. It is based on traditional liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and is gradually developed by combining the similar phase dissolution mechanism of material interaction and the basic knowledge of stationary phases in currently widely used HPLC and GC. SPE has the characteristics of less organic solvent consumption, convenience, safety and efficiency.
