Before use, check the condition of the control buttons, verify the positioning as well as the wiring in all areas, and assess the condition of the steel wire rope and hook； 2. Check the lubrication condition and ensure compliance with the “three filters and five fixes” principle” ； 3. Determine the weight of the cargo to be lifted; overloading is prohibited ； 4. Check whether the switches, brakes, limiters, and other components are functioning properly ； 5. Before initial use, a dynamic load test at the rated load and at a load 10% higher than the rated value should be conducted. After repeating lifting and lowering movements as well as left-right movements, it is necessary to check whether the mechanical transmission system, electrical components, and connection parts are functioning properly and reliably ； 6. After loading the goods and securing the hook, the person should leave the area; then power should be connected to lift the goods, and the lowering of the goods should be done slowly ； 7. When lifting goods, do not allow people to stand below; prevent others from walking there as well ； 8. Tilting lifting and use as a horizontal pulling tool are not permitted ； 9. When used up, it should be parked at the designated location, with the hook raised to a height of more than 2 meters above the ground ； 10. When lifting, care must be taken to prevent and avoid the generation of dangerous sparks that could ignite explosive mixtures. 11. After the work is done, turn off the power supply. II. Routine Maintenance 1. The reducer should be lubricated with oil as specified; generally, this is done every three months. The surface of the wire rope and drum should be coated with grease once a week, while the bearing chambers in various areas should be lubricated once every six months by applying grease. 2. It is necessary to regularly check whether the steel wire rope is bent or knotted, whether the strands protrude excessively or are twisted, whether the strands and individual wires are broken, whether the ends of the rope are firmly fixed, and whether the rope is clean; the steel wire rope should not have significant wear or corrosion. 3. It is strictly prohibited to suspend the load in the air for long periods to prevent permanent deformation of the parts. 4. Whenever they are used up, the steel cables, cables, and control handles should be inspected and organized properly.
