Differences between US standards and Ministry of Chemical Industry Series A standards

What are the differences between using the Ministry of Chemical Industry’s A-series standards and American standards for pipes, fittings, and equipment flanges in chemical engineering design? What are the differences between the two standards, and which engineering designs are they suitable for?
I understand what the original poster means. Both the Ministry of Chemical Industry’s Series A standards and the petrochemical standards are based on the American ANSI standards; so what differences can there be? Regarding applicability, it depends on what the client requires. However, using ANSI/ASME standards in China is complicated, as registration with the relevant authorities is necessary due to the fact that they are foreign standards.
However, the design institute proposed changing from adhering to the Ministry of Chemical Industry’s Series A standards as specified in the design contract to adhering to American standards. Why is that? Additionally, I would like to ask: is there any hierarchical relationship between the A-series standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, national standards, European standards, and American standards?
