Issues regarding the guide rail clamps of the coke pusher

Recently, when installing the guide rail clamps for the coke pusher, it was found that the two clamps needed to be inserted into each other. Moreover, the groove for placing the M24 bolt is designed to be sloped, with a width of 30 at the wider end. It is also required to chamfer on the slope. What is the logic behind this design?
This design is intended to prevent the rails from shifting as a result of the forces exerted on them during vehicle movement and coke pushing/coal loading. This has occurred in many coking plants: the tracks of the coal loading and coke pushing vehicles deform or break, mainly due to inadequate fixation of the tracks, uneven surfaces, and uneven stress distribution at various points. In mild cases, this phenomenon may cause the vehicle to be unable to move or get stuck, while in severe cases it can lead to the breakage of the shafts of the driving wheels on the coal loading and coke pushing vehicles. That’s exactly what happened to us. However, we have now hired professional track installation experts from the railway industry to help us reinstall and adjust the tracks. The problems are minimal now; it can be said that they basically no longer exist.
