Dear masters, I read in a book regarding the decarburization process that when starting the decarburization pump, it is necessary to open the cock valve on the mechanical seal. Kaokuo is the cooling water inlet valve for the pump’s mechanical seal; the cooling water must be turned on before starting the pump.
