I would like to know about the distribution of hydrogen peroxide production facilities in our country as well as their production capacity
Zhongyuan Dahua Group Company in Puyang, Henan: 60,000 tons per year.
It seems that the Shijiazhuang Coking Plant has a hydrogen peroxide project with a capacity of 50,000 tons.
In Xinle, Hebei, there is a plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons, as well as another plant with a capacity of 50,000 tons. In Ningbo, Shangao has a plant with a capacity of 40,000 tons. Zhejiang Jiangjiahua Hydrogen Peroxide Co., Ltd. has a plant with a capacity of 60,000 tons, while in Longquan, Zhejiang, there is another plant with a capacity of 50,000 tons. In Longyou, Zhejiang, Lüde also has a plant with a capacity of 10,000 tons; currently, a plant with a capacity of 20,000 tons is under construction there. Jiangshan Hydrogen Peroxide has three plants in total, with a combined capacity of 120,000 tons. Xinan Chemical has another plant with an original capacity of 20,000 tons; it is currently being relocated. In Linquan, Anhui, there is a new plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons. In Jiangsu, Xinyuan has an old plant with a capacity of 50,000 tons. In Changzhou, Jiangsu, there is a plant with a capacity of 60,000 tons. There is also a plant in Yangnong, Jiangsu, and in Zhejiang, Jinkē has a plant with a capacity of 65,000 tons that is currently under construction. Shanghai Yuanda has a plant with a capacity of around 100,000 tons, while Shanghai Ato also has a plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai all have similar capacities.
Guizhou Chitianhua Tianfu Chemical seems to intend to build a facility with a capacity of 100,000 tons, compared to 5,000 tons in the past
It seems there are no hydrogen peroxide production facilities in the western regions of our country
Anhui Huaihua has one plant with a capacity of 40,000 tons; Anhui Funan Chemical Plant has two plants with a combined capacity of 30,000 tons. Linquan Chemical has two plants with a combined capacity of 180,000 tons. In Shandong, Tancheng, Yaxing, and Huatai each have one plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons each. Bohui has one plant with a capacity of 40,000 tons. Huatai’s Plant No. 1 is undergoing upgrades from a capacity of 40,000 tons to 60,000 tons. Dongying Shuntong has a plant with a capacity of 10,000 tons. Jinan, Mingshui, Riyue Chemical, and Juye each have several production plants. Gaomi (Jiantao) has three plants with a combined capacity of around 150,000 tons. Changyi Haineng and Haiheng Chemical each have a plant with a capacity of 60,000 tons that is currently under construction. Taiyang Paper Industry is building a plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons. The above describes the distribution of hydrogen peroxide production plants in Shandong and Anhui. Generally speaking, most of the hydrogen peroxide production plants in Shandong use chlor-alkali hydrogen as raw materials, which gives them an advantage
With such a large output in Shandong, how is it consumed?
Ask the Liming Chemical Research Institute in Luoyang. Almost all the hydrogen peroxide in the country comes from its production.
Hunan Zhicheng has 400,000 tons, which is equivalent to 100% of 115,000 tons; Guangdong Zhongcheng has 150,000 tons
Shandong has a highly developed papermaking industry, with large companies such as Huatai, Chenming, Bohui, and Sun Paper Industry, in addition to many smaller paper mills; a large amount of hydrogen peroxide is used there.
Are there other industries and manufacturers that use it besides the paper industry?
Jiangsu Qidong Fertilizer Factory must also have one as well
Tianjin Dagu has a 100,000-ton facility.
It has not been operating properly for over a year now; in the end, the work was contracted out to Jilin Shuangou~~~~

The 120,000-ton hydrogen peroxide project of Xintian Chemical Co., Ltd. under Haoyuan Group in Funan County, Anhui Province, is under construction.
