It is said that the revenue in the oil industry is very high, and new coal chemical processes (gasification, liquefaction, etc.) also follow the model of the oil industry to a large extent. It is estimated that the coking industry has also fallen behind in terms of revenue due to equipment and technical factors.
There will be significant differences depending on the region. It is estimated that wages in the coal chemical industry will be lower than those in the natural gas industry, while the costs in the coal chemical industry will be much higher. But after the increase in natural gas prices, it can be compared.
But I’m not quite sure, as I’ve just started looking for a job at a new coal chemical company. I asked for a salary of 2200–3000 yuan, but they said my request was too high and that they couldn’t meet it, suggesting that I find another employer.
I work at a coking plant; my salary is 1355, plus a mobile phone allowance of 60, and I also get a bonus of over 100 per month for exceeding production targets. I work 30 days per month! I'm so tired!
What major and strengths do you have? Our company is hiring. We welcome those who are currently dissatisfied with their current work situation, have technical experience, a sense of teamwork, and are willing to work hard to join our team! This post was last edited by xjqj70 on 2008-2-28 16:57.]
The compensation in the coal chemical industry is pretty good, right? Let’s all share our salaries
Ansteel can earn 3,000–4,000 yuan, while some private factories earn around 2,000 yuan; on average, it should be between 2,500 and 3,000 yuan.
I work as a fire adjustment supervisor and technician at a coking plant. After deducting social security contributions and taxes, the actual amount received is 3,500 yuan, including salary and bonuses. Is it high? This post was last edited by szh1124 on 2008-2-28 20:54.]
The compensation here isn’t very good at the moment; it’s probably around 2000-2500
After taxes: Fresh graduates at our company earn 2,000; engineers earn 4,000–5,000; senior engineers earn over 5,000. The benefits are not high; there is no monthly bonus, only an additional salary equivalent to one month’s pay at the end of the year.
Speaking of the end of the year, our company only has 1,000 yuan – that’s pretty much the amount allocated for holiday bonuses, haha
