Different manufacturers have different situations: (1) If circulating water is used, it is greatly affected by the climate. In the north, temperatures range from 5 to 10°C in winter and from 30 to 35°C in summer, while it may be relatively warmer in the south ； (2) If chilled water is used, it is not affected by the climate, so there is no difference.
There are significant regional differences! In summer it’s usually around 35, and in winter it’s between 10 and 15
It is related to the climate and ambient temperature; if cooling water is not added, the minimum temperature in summer is at least the wet-bulb temperature plus 8 degrees Celsius, and in winter we cannot even turn on the fans of the cooling towers here
