I would like to know what types of online analytical instruments can be used to measure water that contains approximately 98% chlorine gas, about 0.6% hydrogen gas, and several hundred PPM of other substances. Additionally, I wonder what methods are used by chlor-alkali manufacturers for such measurements; if you know anything, please contact me at match_0@163.com &
The corrosiveness of chromatography isn’t very high; when using a hydrogen flame, with a water-containing flame thread, it can be easily burned away
It is not possible to measure them simultaneously; hydrogen can be detected with high accuracy using a gas chromatograph, while moisture can be measured either with instruments or by the phosphorus pentoxide absorption method.
So how does that preprocessing system deal with it? Does it need to absorb moisture? Is moisture absorbed using P2O5? Do you have any performance metrics? Please contact me; I’d like to come and see how you’re using it! match_0@163.com
If someone is reading it, why isn’t there any reply? After reading my post, those who have money can contribute financially, those with strength can offer their help; those who don’t have either money or strength can support a local factory by leaving its name. That way I’ll know which chlor-alkali industry professionals have visited. Thank you! Top!
I heard that the manufacturer has similar online analyzers; I’m not sure about the details. I hope that whoever knows more can share that information with us.
