The liquid level of the amine solvent tank in the hydrocracking desulfurization system always gradually drops. What is the reason? What are the solutions?
Check the system in detail for leaks, leaks and mist entrainment, such as: The packing seal of the pump, the defoaming effect of the regeneration gas, whether there is leakage at the bottom of the tank, whether there is leakage in the diversion valve and the valve connecting to other systems, etc. ； In addition, analyze whether the solution composition and process operation are improper, resulting in solution decomposition and other conditions, and deal with them accordingly.
It is very likely that there are too many impurities in the amine liquid, causing the amine liquid to foam severely. If the amine liquid foams seriously, it will escape from the top of the desulfurization tower. You can check whether the current amine liquid is red in color. If it is red, it means that the equipment is corroded, and there will be a lot of ferric hydroxide colloidal particles.
