Who has experience with water film dust removal? Please share it
For water film dust removal, I think attention should be paid to the outlet of the dust collector. The outlet here has been blocked many times; later, an iron rod was placed there, and it needs to be manually rotated several times per shift. If resistance is felt, some action needs to be taken. Additionally, the water supply volume is important – if it isn’t sufficient, a lot of dust can accumulate inside. Last time when the furnace was shut down and we entered the dust collector, there were multiple layers of dust inside, and it took a whole day to clean it manually. It’s very cold inside
