Which student knows what the purpose of flushing hydrogen at the pressure difference measurement point in the hydrogenation reactor is? Is it kept fully open at all times?
It is used to flush with hydrogen when there is an error or inaccuracy in the differential pressure of the reactor bed, in order to achieve accuracy.
So what is its normal state? Is it turned off or in use? I remember that the experts from the Fuyan Institute seemed to say it should be kept on all the time!
The valve for measuring the reactor pressure difference is normally open, while the flushing hydrogen valve is normally closed
This is a hydrogen supply line dedicated to temperature control; since the temperature of the upper layer is too high, temporary hydrogen is supplied to increase the hydrogen-to-oil ratio and reduce the temperature rise in the lower layer. Turned off under normal conditions; rarely used!
This hydrogen comes from the compressor outlet in the circulation system; its main purpose is to prevent blockages in the pressure lead pipes caused by heavy oil. It flows into the reactor from both sides, ensuring that the pressure readings taken at the pressure measurement points are accurate! This valve does not need to be fully open; flow passing through it is sufficient. What was mentioned upstairs refers to rapidly cooled hydrogen, right!
Flushing hydrogen is primarily used for measuring the differential pressure across the bed layers. During normal operation, it can be adjusted according to the differential pressure of the bed layer that needs to be measured. To measure the differential pressure of one bed layer, it is sufficient to turn on the flushing hydrogen at the reactor inlet measurement point as well as the flushing hydrogen on the cold hydrogen line at the inlet of bed two.
