Basic requirements for applying to participate in the 2008 ** level vocational skills competition: (1) The organizing entity must be the industry regulatory authority or relevant comprehensive management department, or the most representative enterprise in that particular profession/occupational category； 　　(II) The occupations (job types) designated for the competition must be representative ones within that industry; the **occupational standards** should include positions at the technician level (**Level 2 occupational qualification**) or above, and in principle, no **level** vocational skill competitions should have been held within two years ； 　　(III) The organizing party must have practical experience and technical support in holding relevant vocational skill competitions, as well as the necessary financial resources to ensure their success. 　　III.
