ProE 4.0 Chinese and English versions

After installing the official Chinese version of ProE 4.0, you can switch between the Chinese and English versions using the following steps, which facilitates reference to English-language materials for learning* (most of the currently popular learning* materials are in English). Switch back to the Chinese version once proficient. In: Environment Variables – System Variables – Create a new lang variable; set the variable value to: english – Click OK. Running ProE means using the English version. To switch back to the Chinese version, simply launch ProE, change the value of that variable to “chs”, and then start ProE again – it will be in the Chinese version. Now you have ProE in both Chinese and English versions – happy now!
