Why use a sight glass? Calculate the pressure and just make a U-shaped bend.
You don't need to install a drain sight glass. Just make a water seal bucket, insert the drain pipe into the water seal bucket, and then make a drain outlet at the corresponding height of the water seal bucket. That's OK.
