I’m also a newcomer. Freezing is relatively straightforward to handle; the amount of freezing required depends on the requirements of the process. It’s also related to the choice of medium and the freezer model. If you’re not sure, you can ask the manufacturer for advice

Does LZ need to design a cold storage? There are specialized books as well as dedicated manufacturers, and these are all your best helpers. Dalian Iceberg, you know it? Just look at the sample to understand the process; for the detailed engineering design, follow standard practices.
