Can mixers be installed in the refined oil tank area?

It is acceptable in the fuel oil tank area. Can a mixer be installed in the refined oil tank area? Is it good to use explosion-proof solenoid valves in refined oil storage areas? There are those unfavorable factors; thank you all for sharing them.
Stirrers can be installed in finished oil tank areas; depending on the size of the tanks, side stirring is usually used
From a safety perspective, there’s no problem; explosion protection is sufficient. If it is for mixing, there is no need to use a mixer; a rotating nozzle will suffice.
All of our diesel tanks are equipped with agitators. I wouldn’t dare use a gasoline tank, haha.
