Seek buried horizontal containers

I am in urgent need of calculation methods or standards for buried horizontal containers; please help if you have such information. If available, kindly upload it to alleviate this urgent situation. The medium inside the equipment is -10# diesel, under normal temperature and pressure conditions
You can take a look at the last two pages of Chapter 22 of the training manual, which are dedicated to horizontal vessels; they cover the calculations related to buried storage tanks
Unlike above-ground horizontal tanks, buried horizontal tanks have to withstand the external pressure exerted by the soil. If it is partially or entirely below the groundwater level, then the groundwater exerts a buoyant force on it. Therefore, these two factors cannot be ignored in the design. The design of buried horizontal vessels is divided into two cases: when the horizontal vessel itself is subjected to internal pressure, it can be designed and calculated separately as a horizontal vessel under internal pressure or as one under external pressure ； When a horizontal container is subjected to external pressure, the sum of the external pressure acting on the container itself and the external pressure exerted by the soil can be used as the pressure to which the container is designed to withstand.
