I need to work on some projects related to boiler modifications in the near future, but I’m not very familiar with the market prices for boilers. I was wondering if anyone is interested in this area? It would be helpful to have some statistics available. What are the prices of 10-ton, 35-ton, and 75-ton circulating fluidized bed boilers? It would be great to know which manufacturers produce them, as well as the prices of the auxiliary equipment. Thank you
Our company recently installed a 35-ton unit, manufactured by Zhengzhou Boiler Factory; including the civil work, the total cost was around 10 million yuan.
The prices of boilers vary little among different manufacturers. Based on experience, the cost of such equipment is around 100,000 RMB per t/h; boilers with a higher capacity should have a lower price. This figure does not include costs related to civil work, installation, and transportation. The cost of the 35 t/h boiler itself should be less than 3.5 million RMB.
Is a 10t/h boiler still equipped with a circulating fluidized bed? It’s likely that its production capacity is not even sufficient to cover the operational costs of the auxiliary equipment, let alone their maintenance and repair.
Is it not necessary to use a circulating fluidized bed for 10 tons? But circulating fluidized beds have many advantages; just the coal consumption alone can be significantly reduced. There is also a wider range of fuel options available. I’m an outsider and not skilled at doing such calculations. Is that okay?
