What standards are used for spiral wound gaskets and fasteners for American standard flanges?

I am working on a project. The owner requires that the flanges and fasteners be of American standard. The flange is ASEMB16.5, but what standards are used for the matching gaskets, bolts and nuts? And is there any difference in the estimated budget indicators between American standard flanges and chemical industry flanges?
HG20615-HG20635 is about American standard steel pipe flanges, gaskets and fasteners.

There is no problem using HG20615-HG20635 for small diameters. However, there are differences between several HG ASEMs for large diameters. Pay attention to comparison.
