Manufacturers of conversion catalysts for hydrogen production from coking dry gas
I recommend Qilu Keli, models: Z417, Z418. They are widely available in the market at present and have excellent performance in applications. But Keli is not the only company in China that produces conversion catalysts.
So, may I ask, which other manufacturers can produce conversion catalysts? I work in procurement and I need to find out this information urgently. Thank you
Our factory also uses products from Qilu Keli; we use KLZ301 and KLZ302 together. The full name of the company is Shandong Qilu Keli Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. The manager is Mr. Yin Changxue, whose contact number is 18905335857
Shandong Keli and Sichuan Tianyi – the vast majority of Sinopec refineries use Shandong Keli’s products; Sichuan Tianyi is used very little; it’s a product from the beginning of its development, so its performance is hard to assess.
Sichuan Tianyi is not a newcomer to this industry; it mainly specializes in catalysts for producing hydrogen from natural gas, such as those used in fertilizer production. It has limited experience in using dry gas from oil refineries to produce hydrogen, which is why it isn’t as well-known in the oil refining sector as KeLi
Are there any conversion catalysts available abroad? Are there catalysts that can operate with an ultra-low water-to-carbon ratio? What is the minimum water-to-carbon ratio requirement for conversion catalysts in China nowadays? Please give some guidance
It varies depending on the performance of the conversion catalyst and the design institute; generally, it is 2.5----2.8.
