Before debugging the instrument, check the circuit first and then power on to see if the display is correct (temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level, etc.). Then debug the control loop, manually adjust it first, and then switch to automatic adjustment after the adjustment is completed. If there is a problem, the investigation will be divided into two parts, one is the internal inspection in the control room, and the other is the on-site inspection.
First of all, there must be a detailed debugging plan and a comprehensive plan, and the specific implementation person and time must be implemented in the plan and plan. There must be records during debugging. The most troublesome thing is to work with the technical personnel to debug the control loop (the debugging record of this process must be signed by the technical personnel)
