Due to my work, I need to understand what people think of LiuGuo Chemical and whether they are optimistic about its future development. Also, regarding the production of DAP by the six chemical companies, what are the unit consumption amounts for the three main raw materials: phosphate rock, sulfuric acid, and liquid ammonia? I estimate it to be 61% for diammonium usage: 30% phosphorus, 1.7% sulfuric acid, 1.2% ammonia. I’m not sure if there’s any error I truly hope that friends who are interested in learning about its company can share their opinions on it; thank you!
Feel free to post questions in the comments for discussion. Thank you
Liu Guo Chemicals – my personal opinion. As far as I know, Liuguo Chemical is a phosphate fertilizer manufacturer located in Ningguo, Anhui. Its original sulfuric acid production capacity was 40,000 tons; I’m not sure what the current production volume is now. Later, it was heard that the company acquired, or rather merged with, a fertilizer plant and embarked on the path of developing compound fertilizers. Personally, I think it’s a good approach for development. The real compound fertilizer manufacturers in the country are all those with good profitability (the compound fertilizers in question here are not simply mixed fertilizers). Following this pattern of development, such companies are either already at a large scale, or they consist of employees who are too wealthy to strive for improvement, thus facing crisis – in other words, they are state-owned enterprises in trouble. In my opinion, if one really wants to understand Liu Guo Chemicals, they should go to Ningguo and see what the local people think – that’s how one can truly understand it!
Are the six countries in Tongling City, Anhui Province? I checked on the internet in Ningguo, Anhui – there’s no relevant information available? I’m currently in Sichuan; it’s still a bit far, but I want to go there to work.
Working on it. Thank you for your suggestion.
Liu Guo Chemical is a listed company affiliated with the Tongling Phosphoric Ammonium Plant in Anhui Province, and it mainly produces diammonium phosphate. The one in Ningguo is Anhui Sierte Fertilizer Co., Ltd., which mainly produces sulfuric acid, monoammonium phosphate, liquid ammonia, ammonium carbonate, as well as chlorinated and sulfated compound fertilizers.
Anhui Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd. is a **key large-scale enterprise focused on the production of phosphorus-based compound fertilizers. The company was established in December 2000, with Tongling Chemical Industry Group Company as the main initiator and shareholder. The Tongling area where the company is located is an **important chemical industry hub, home to the country’s second-largest pyrite mine. The production of acid from this pyrite, as well as from smelting gases, exceeds 2 million tons per year. The company has four sets of production facilities for high-concentration phosphate fertilizers, with an annual production capacity of 1.12 million tons. The first set of phosphatic ammonium production facilities with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons was the first large-scale phosphatic ammonium production plant introduced into China from abroad in the mid-1980s; it was also a key construction project under the **“”** initiative ; The second set of technical renovation projects for phosphatic ammonia production with an annual capacity of 240,000 tons was put into operation on July 18, 2001. The investment in this project amounted to 320 million yuan; it was the largest technical renovation project carried out by a local enterprise in Anhui Province at that time. The phosphate production facility with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons built as part of this project was the largest domestic facility for phosphate production ; The third set of plants with a capacity of 600,000 tons per year is a key project under Province 861; construction began on July 18, 2004, and the trial operation was successful in one go on July 28, 2005, with the plants reaching their designated production levels.

1 Anhui Liuguo Chemical Co., Ltd.’s main equipment was supplied by itself **(China), as well as Italy, France, Austria, West Germany, and Romania; hence the name Liuguo Chemical. 2 The technologies and equipment introduced cannot be absorbed; they are introduced repeatedly, which is sad. Next time other ** technologies and equipment are introduced, the company might have to change its name to Seven or Eight Nations Chemicals. 3. Liuguo Chemical deceived investors out of their money, and then was deceived by the foreigners.

The total share capital of the company is 1,080 million yuan.
From the perspective of industrial policy, the high-concentration phosphate fertilizers produced by the company fall within one of the 28 sectors that are currently prioritized for development. Increasing the proportion of high-concentration phosphate fertilizers is the direction in which the company’s phosphate fertilizer business should develop, and there will continue to be strong demand for these products in the coming period. The company is currently the leading producer of diammonium phosphate in China, and it is the only diammonium phosphate manufacturer in the country to have earned all three prestigious brand awards: \"China Famous Brand\", \"China Well-Known Trademark\", and **exemption from inspection**.
The DAP consumption quota for Liu Guo Company is: 1.65–1.7 tons of phosphate rock (30%), 1.35–1.4 tons of sulfuric acid, and 0.22–0.23 tons of liquid ammonia.
The 600,000 tons per year phosphate fertilizer production project at Liu Guo Chemical is really impressive,,,,
It’s on the 3rd floor. The company you’re referring to isn’t Liu Guo Chemicals; it’s Ningguo Sier Te. This is to correct that mistake: lol
The person on the second floor was wrong; you have no understanding of LiuGuo Chemical. It is not located in Ningguo – it’s Sierte that is there, and that company has already been turned into a private enterprise. LiuGuo is a large-scale enterprise; its diammonium production process was the first of its kind to be introduced to China using foreign technology from Romania. It has a branch office in Yichang. The biggest issue is the raw material, phosphate rock, which is why a factory was built in Yichang in order to have access to these resources more easily
