Oil is a flammable and explosive substance; to prevent static electricity from being generated due to friction between the oil and the air inside the tank during filling, the pipeline must be inserted to the bottom of the tank or feeding must take place directly from the bottom. When this does not conflict with the oil discharge process, the pipeline is often combined with the outlet pipe.
