We generate as much as 30 tons of waste materials per month. What about you guys? Do you have any good practices or suggestions? This post was last edited by edc1233 on 2008-9-15 20:48.]
You mean the dry-packed one! It’s still aggregate mixed with water
Including dried and packaged floor scrap and water-solved materials from gutters
1. Solution for packaging material scattering: A fan and a small cyclone separator (made of PVC is possible) can be installed at the material discharge outlet to address this issue (cost under 500 RMB). 2. Solution for dried material scattering: It should be the material that comes out of the vibrating screen; Check your shut-off valve (star feeder). 3. Polymer slurry collection: This is simple – reducing emissions will solve the problem
The material spillage in our packaging machine is mainly due to issues with the way the packaging is used; it needs to be repaired almost every day. Some amount of material spills out as it comes off the scale. In the drying process, the problem lies in the valve used for discharging material from the silo, and this issue needs to be resolved further.
Is the vibrator (bin wall vibrator) located at the packaging discharge point working properly? Add an induced draft fan and a small cyclone/separator at the material feeding port to address this issue; I can send you a photo for you to take a look at later
