Materials required to apply for a production safety license

The Regulations on Production Safety Licenses are based on Order No. 397 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China "Regulations on Production Safety Licenses": Article 6 To obtain a production safety license, an enterprise must meet the following safety production conditions:: 　　(1) Establish and improve the safety production responsibility system, and formulate complete safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures ； 　　(2) Safety investment meets safety production requirements ； 　　(3) Set up a production safety management organization and staff full-time production safety management personnel ； 　　(4) The main person in charge and the production safety management personnel have passed the assessment ； 　　(5) Special operation personnel have passed the assessment of the relevant business authorities and obtained special operation qualification certificates ； 　　(6) Employees are qualified through safety production education and training ； 　　(7) Participate in work-related injury insurance in accordance with the law and pay insurance premiums for employees ； 　　(8) The factory buildings, workplaces, safety facilities, equipment, and processes comply with the requirements of relevant production safety laws, regulations, standards, and procedures. ； 　　(9) There are measures to prevent and control occupational hazards, and employees are equipped with appropriate * * Standard or industry standard labor protection supplies ； 　　(10) Conduct safety assessment in accordance with the law ； 　　(11) Have major hazard source detection, assessment, monitoring measures and emergency plans in place ； 　　(12) Have an emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents, an emergency rescue organization or emergency rescue personnel, and be equipped with necessary emergency rescue equipment and equipment ； 　　(13) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations. Article 7 Before starting production, an enterprise shall apply for a production safety license to the production safety license issuance and management authority in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, and provide relevant documents and materials specified in Article 6 of these Regulations. The production safety license issuance and management authority shall complete the review within 45 days from the date of receipt of the application. If the application meets the safety production conditions stipulated in these regulations, the safety production license shall be issued. ； If the safety production conditions stipulated in these regulations are not met, the safety production license will not be issued and the enterprise will be notified in writing and the reasons will be explained.
