Looking for partners – coal tar processing in Xinjiang

The coal tar in Xinjiang is divided into high-temperature oil and low-temperature oil; the heavy oil produced by my semi-coke plant is of the low-temperature type and is red in color. The nearby manufacturers together produce 200,000–300,000 tons per year, and it is estimated that the annual supply volume will reach around 500,000 tons in the next 2–3 years. I am looking for partners to work with – technical expertise, project support, or funding are all acceptable. I would appreciate it if experts could provide some guidance regarding the specific processing procedures and their details :) .Note $ # $ $
