After the system nitrogen replacement is qualified before starting, the nitrogen should be continued to be introduced until starting, and then the nitrogen amount should be slowly reduced.

There is no need to conduct an air tightness test because the hydrogen system is a positive pressure system, so there is no need to conduct an air tightness test.
This is how we replace the hydrogen system during startup. First, the cell starts to replace with nitrogen after the liquid is injected. Both the cathode and the anode chambers are replaced. When the current reaches 0.5KA, the nitrogen replacement in the catholyte chamber is stopped, and the anode chamber is replaced until the current is 2.4KA! The hydrogen treatment system at the rear begins to replace nitrogen before starting the vehicle. One side is replaced forward from the distribution table, and the other side is replaced backward from behind the regulating valve. The hydrogen in the hydrogen main pipe is evacuated, and then continuous sampling is performed to analyze the oxygen content in the hydrogen. When the oxygen content in the hydrogen is less than 0.5, it is merged into the large system!
