Issues with the outlet pressure of safety valves

The outlet of the safety valve in our process pipeline is connected to a storage tank, with the tank pressure at 10 kilograms. Are such safety valves required to have very high standards? The pipeline discharge pressure is 29 kilograms.
You didn’t clarify the problem. Toxic and flammable substances need to be collected and treated when they cannot be discharged directly.
The requirements are not high; it needs to be discharged into a storage tank. It is likely that there are specifications regarding the medium involved, and it cannot be released directly into the atmosphere. Additionally, the exhaust gases from safety valves with different discharge pressures along the process lines need to be collected and depressurized. Therefore, the volume of the storage tank is very important; after the expansion and pressure reduction of the safety valve’s safe discharge capacity, the pressure must be lower than the design pressure of the storage tank.
My question is: can the back pressure of the safety valve be set this high?
This should be fine, right? It’s just that the diameter of the safety valve discharge pipe needs to take the back pressure into account when being calculated.
