Questions about heat exchangers in hysys

When the heat exchanger in hysys is running, "Ft correction factor is low" appears. What does this mean and how to solve it? Thanks! :handshake
This means that the temperature difference correction coefficient is too low, and the flow pattern can be appropriately changed, the number of series connections on the shell side can be increased, or the inlet and outlet temperatures can be changed. The temperature driving force at the entrance and exit is too small, which can be solved by changing the heat exchange temperature difference.
