Safety assessment engineers and registered chemical engineers

:I have passed the exam to become a registered chemical engineer, and my certificate will be issued this year. However, I’ve heard that safety assessment specialists earn high incomes these days, so I want to obtain a certification as a safety assessment specialist as well. But I heard that one person can only hold one registration certificate – is that true? I earnestly request that those in the know provide information; thanks in advance! :)
The registration for chemical engineering is regulated by the Ministry of Construction; it is a qualification required for process design professionals working in survey and design firms. On the other hand, the qualification for safety assessment specialists is managed by the Academy of Safety Sciences, and it is necessary for those who work in safety assessment agencies. It is possible to hold both of these certifications simultaneously. But when working, only one of them can be valid – either engaging in safety assessment or chemical engineering design. I have both types of certificates, but I’ve always believed that chemical process design requires a high level of technical expertise and involves real work, whereas safety assessment involves less technical complexity; currently, most safety assessment reports are nothing more than plagiarized works – the work itself is too superficial. It might be useful in a few years! It seems not very useful now; design relies mainly on experience!
An safety assessment certificate can be affiliated with an organization, generating monthly income; moreover, the earnings in the chemical industry are quite high, allowing one to work in this field
