Conduct regular measurements at set intervals; keep careful records. 2. Dehydrate the oil – never leave it unattended to prevent leakage. 3. For oil receipt and delivery, follow established procedures to avoid cross-contamination. 4. When switching between tanks, open one tank first and then close the other to prevent pressure buildup. 5. After cleaning a tank, conduct a thorough inspection before using it again. 6. Ensure strict and careful handling during on-site handovers to avoid errors. 7. Regularly inspect the breathing valves to prevent collapse. 8. Do not exceed the allowed temperature when heating storage tanks to prevent boiling. 9. Deal with shut-down pipelines promptly to prevent freezing. 10. Before putting a new tank into use, obtain approval signatures before filling it with oil. (Date of issuance: August 3, 2001)
