A new type of production equipment capable of manufacturing PE-C carbon fiber spiral tubes has been developed and brought to market by Qingdao Kefengyuan Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. recently. In recent years, Qingdao Kefengyuan Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. has been continuously strengthening its technical cooperation with domestic and international research institutions. Through repeated experiments, they successfully developed China’s first production line for new-type PE-C carbon fiber spiral tubes. The mold used with this equipment features a special double-heart channel design, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional molds. It offers advantages such as low nozzle pressure, excellent material plasticization, uniform pressure, and no seam lines. The entire production line achieves the ideal results of high-speed extrusion and efficient plasticization, enabling continuous production of pipes with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 250 mm. Furthermore, the forming machine of this equipment utilizes a special water circulation cooling system, which increases the production speed of pipes by more than twice compared to before, **reducing production costs. The PE-C carbon fiber spiral tubes produced using this equipment not only possess bending properties, but also have a smooth outer surface, low internal stress, as well as resistance to corrosion, impact, and aging; they are thus the ideal choice as a replacement for traditional straight tubes.
