There are many reasons why polypropylene does not polymerize. Impurities such as water, oxygen, sulfur, CO, CO2, arsenic, and alcohol in the propylene raw material can cause catalyst poisoning. If it contains ethylene, it will copolymerize to produce sticky materials. Quality problems of the main catalyst and co-catalyst can prevent propylene from polymerizing. It is recommended to look for the reasons from other aspects!
