There is a pilot project that uses hydrogen chloride gas. The flow rate does not exceed 100 liters per hour. The flow rate needs to be measured and accumulated. What kind of flow meter can be used?

It is recommended to use a rotameter, which can have a flow accumulation function, but there are two prerequisites: 1. When selecting the rotor, you should pay attention to the material problem, because your gas medium is hydrogen chloride, so pay attention to anti-corrosion. 2. The gas flow should be relatively stable, and the fluctuation should not be large. If the change is large, the instantaneous flow display is inaccurate and it will easily lead to inaccurate cumulative flow. However, if your requirements are not very precise, you can use it. If your instantaneous flow and cumulative flow requirements are more accurate and your flow fluctuations are large, you can use a gas mass flowmeter, but the investment is high. If the actual process requires this, you have to use a mass flowmeter (very accurate: handshake)
First of all, we need to look at the accuracy requirements. If the accuracy is high, you can choose a mass flow meter such as MKS, Brooks, Porter, etc. The accuracy is generally 1% FS. If you want to control the flow, you can also bring a proportional solenoid valve. It is very convenient to use and there is no problem with the measuring range.
When using a rotameter, an optional remote transmission metal rotameter is required.
