What are the requirements for installing mechanical vacuum pumps?

Our facility has recently installed several mechanical vacuum pumps, and from what I’ve observed, there seem to be issues with their installation! I would appreciate it if someone could advise me on the installation requirements for mechanical vacuum pumps, as well as how to control the vibration that occurs during their operation. Additionally, the temperature at the exhaust outlet is too high – it remains at 70 degrees even after being cooled by cooling water. How can this temperature be reduced further?

Operating vibration is caused by cavitation; simply adding some air will solve it, but it affects the vacuum level. The key to resolving the issue is to control the intake air temperature.
