What methods do you use to remove hydrogen sulfide from natural gas in a cost-effective and efficient manner? The processing volume is 3,000–5,000 cubic meters per day.
3,000–5,000 cubic meters per day isn’t that much; zinc oxide can be used at 350–380°C.
Without heating conditions, I initially used the alkali solution absorption method, but since natural gas contains CO2, it consumes a large amount of alkali. The requirement is simply that there be no H2S in the gas; could you tell me what method would be more appropriate?
