The ledger requirements set by our company stipulate that each production and auxiliary workshop must maintain at least the following ledgers: ① Production statistics ledger； (Monthly) ② Device start-up and shutdown log ； (Recorded when it occurs) ③ Production (process) accident log ； (Recorded when it occurs) ④ Technician inspection log ； (Once a day at the section level, once a week at the workshop level) ⑤ Logbook for the use of the “three types of agents” ； (Monthly) ⑥ Register of technical improvement and innovation projects ； (Recorded when it occurs) ⑦ Product and by-product quality ledger ； (Daily) ⑧ Log of process parameter changes ； (Record when it occurs, and attach a copy of the approval procedures) ⑨ Interlocking ledger ； (Record when it occurs, and attach a copy of the approval procedures) ⑩ Trend analysis record ledger. (Weekly) ⑪ Non-conformance review log (recorded when they occur) ⑫ Log of major material consumption and product output ； (Daily) ⑬ Logbook for rationalization suggestions (to be recorded when they occur) ⑭ Logbook for inspection of process discipline (once a week) ⑮ Logbook of process parameters (managed at the plant level and at the workshop level). However, at present, the format and content of the \"Production Statistics Logbook\" and the \"Trend Analysis Records Logbook\" vary from one unit to another; suggestions and opinions are welcome.
