I discussed a problem with my colleagues today, and I would like to share it with you.: There is 1 device, made in the United States, and one of its interfaces is: 3" NPTF (it's a 3-inch internal thread, right), then you need to use our * * pipe standard, some people say to use D89X4.5 (DN80) pipe, others say: In this case, the inner diameter is about 79, and the interface is even larger. ； You must use D76X4.0 (DN65) to thread the pipe interface into external threads to connect it. So should I use D89X4.5 (DN80) pipes or D76X4.0 (DN65) pipes? ? ? ?
3”-8 threads, pitch 3.175, external thread small end face pitch diameter 84.852, internal thread large end face pitch diameter 86.068, external thread small end face pitch diameter 87.257, internal thread large end face pitch diameter 84.257, you can refer to it
D89X4.5 (DN80) pipes should be used. You can check ASME B36.10M 3” pipes corresponding to DN80.
You just need to process a non-standard joint, and the diameter of the other side that is closest to the domestic pipe specification will be the same!
