Our factory has recently started to assess the prices of various major equipment and machines for the new plant. As stated, the estimated prices are not calculated based on factors; rather, they are determined based on the thickness of the equipment and the processing costs. My question is: can the weight calculated using PVELITE be used as the weight basis for determining the unit price? Is there a better way to estimate the cost? Thank you for your response**
Our company generally conducts cost estimates based on the data in the equipment list, taking into account the recommendations from the design institute. For static equipment, we usually create simple diagrams showing various parameters so that manufacturers can provide quotes.
