Ultrafiltration design capacity

I would like to ask: the ultrafiltration feed flow rate is 400 cubic meters per hour under normal operating conditions. Taking into account losses, what should be the designed ultrafiltration feed flow rate? I’ve asked around, and the opinions vary: some say 400 is enough, others say an additional 20 cubic meters will suffice, and still others suggest taking 10% into account. Please those who know the answer help me out; thank you!
What kind of filters are you planning to use? How many filters are there? What needs to be filtered from the incoming water, and what is the volume of that water? When using the same filters for the same water, the degree of filtration will vary if the amount and size of suspended particles in the water change. If there are backup filters available during design, 10% can be considered; but if no backups are available, it’s better to account for 30% or more to ensure safety.
Process flow: Raw water → Raw water pump → Dual-media filter → Ultrafiltration (membrane) → Ultrafiltration tank → Ultrafiltration pump → Safety filter → Reverse osmosis → Intermediate tank
