I graduated this year and signed a contract with Huisheng to work in project management. Does anyone know anything about the strength of this company and its benefits? Could you introduce it to me? Is there any future in it?

It’s too remote; the subway doesn’t reach there. You’d need to buy a car, but there’s no place to park it. I’m not sure how much you earn right after graduating, haha. Also, starting work in project management right after graduation might be a bit much; you probably won’t just be dealing with document control, right? I went for an interview at a company in Shanghai; overall, the experience was good and the compensation was satisfactory. However, they said it would take four to five years to integrate into their company
I don’t think so. They said they would find a specialist to guide us for a year or two :) None of the people upstairs mentioned the key point

You should go there now to work on the project, handling some of the most basic coordination tasks, starting from the ground up, understanding how the project progresses and how different teams collaborate with each other – it’s somewhat similar to the work of a project secretary. However, once you become familiar with the entire process over a few years, you will be able to truly engage in project management. Be more low-key and humble; keep it up! It seems the company is applying for design qualifications now; it’s promising, keep up the good work! !
